Health and Sports Survey 2025

A healthy lifestyle and sufficient physical activity are the foundation of a quality life – they influence our energy, mood, and overall well-being.

The 2025 Health and Sports Survey provides an up-to-date insight into how people in Slovakia perceive health, sports, and how they approach these topics.

The Health and Sports Survey 2025 was conducted in cooperation with the renowned research agency MN FORCE, s. r. o., and 1,000 respondents from Slovakia, aged 18 and over, were involved in the survey. The survey was conducted from 09. 04. 2025 - 16. 04. 2025 using the CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) method, i.e. an online questionnaire survey. A total of 52% of women and 48% of men participated in the survey.
