When is the best time to take ISO Protein?+

How do I prepare the drink?+
Mix 2 scoops (30 g) with 200 ml of water or milk, stir well and drink.
How does it differ from regular whey protein?+
ISO Protein combines ultra-pure whey protein isolate with milk protein. This gives you both fast- and slow-release amino acids, a stronger insulin response and greater nutrient density than isolate alone.
Does it contain a lot of sugar or lactose?+
No. One serving contains only 2.6 g of sugars and 0.4 g of fat. Whey protein isolate contains minimal fat and lactose.
Is it suitable when dieting or losing weight?+
Yes. Thanks to its high protein content and low fat content, it is a suitable supplement for both weight-loss and regular diets.
