This shaker is my first one that I bought and used. Until now, I considered it just an insignificant part of exercising. But only now have I realized how good and especially practical this product is. It is made of very high-quality material, fits well in the hand, and has a practical lid as well as a cap that seals very well. It also contains a wire ball made of quality metal, which serves to mix the contents of the shaker well. For me, a very practical thing.
