Smart Protein — protein that works all day
A complex protein for recovery, satiety and daily protein supplementation.
Smart Protein combines fast-acting whey, slow-digesting casein and plant-based soy in a unique blend that ensures a gradual supply of amino acids throughout the day - not only after training.
How Smart Protein works
Smart Protein contains several types of protein, each digested and absorbed at a different rate. Whey delivers amino acids quickly, while casein and soy protein release them gradually. This means the body does not receive all the amino acids at once, but over a longer period. The result is longer-lasting recovery support than with single-action proteins.
Why combine milk and soy protein?+
Milk proteins provide a high leucine and BCAA content and have a high biological value. Soy naturally provides more arginine and glutamine. Together, they form a broader spectrum of functional amino acids than most conventional proteins — while soy also increases satiety and the overall protein content.

What does Smart Protein offer?
Double recovery effect
Immediate activation of protein synthesis from whey and long-term muscle nourishment from casein and soy in one serving.
A broader spectrum of amino acids than conventional protein
Leucine and BCAA from milk, arginine and glutamine from soy.
Longer-lasting satiety
Casein and soy are satiating proteins — they help control hunger between meals and during weight loss.
Key amino acids in Smart Protein

Who is Smart Protein for?
Ingredients per serving (28 g)
| Milk protein concentrate | whey + casein (~80 % casein / ~20 % whey) |
| Soy protein isolate | plant-based source of arginine and glutamine |
One serving contains ≈ 20 g of protein including 2,4 g of leucine, 4,1 g of glutamine and a complete spectrum of essential amino acids. The formula also contains digestive enzymes.
Other ingredients+
Sweeteners: sucralose, stevia. Flavourings vary by flavour. The White chocolate–raspberry flavour contains a natural colour — beetroot extract; the Chocolate–banana flavour contains 22 % cocoa powder.
Why choose Smart Protein?
20 g of protein per serving
Each 28 g serving provides approximately 20 g of high-quality protein.
2,4 g of leucine per serving
Leucine is one of the most important amino acids for muscle protein.
Complete EAA spectrum
In addition to leucine, Smart Protein contains the complete spectrum of amino acids needed by the body.
Milk and soy protein
They complement each other and create a more pronounced amino acid profile.
Enriched with digestive enzymes
They help break down consumed nutrients into smaller components that the body can process more easily.
All-day protein
Created for everyday use — not only after training, but at any time of day.
Frequently asked questions
How does Smart Protein differ from conventional whey protein?+
Conventional whey protein acts quickly, but only for a short time. Smart Protein combines whey, casein and soy, so alongside a rapid start to recovery, it supplies the body with amino acids for several hours. It is therefore more suitable for all-day use than whey alone.
How much protein does one serving contain?+
One serving (28 g) contains approximately 20 g of protein, including 2,4 g of leucine and 4,1 g of glutamine, plus a complete spectrum of essential amino acids.
When is the best time to take Smart Protein?+
At any time of day — during or after training, between meals, as an evening protein before bed or as a meal replacement. Its all-day versatility is its main advantage.
Can I drink it in the evening before bed?+
Yes. The high proportion of casein ensures that amino acids are released over several hours, which may support overnight muscle recovery.
Is Smart Protein suitable for weight loss?+
Yes. The combination of casein and soy creates a longer-lasting feeling of fullness and helps control hunger, making it suitable as a meal replacement during weight loss.
Does soy lower testosterone or increase oestrogen in men?+
No. Extensive meta-analyses, including an analysis of 41 clinical studies, found no effect of soy protein or isoflavones on testosterone or oestrogen levels in men.
Does it contain milk protein and soy?+
Yes, it is based on milk protein concentrate and soy protein isolate. The product is therefore not suitable for people allergic to milk or soy.
Can children take Smart Protein?+
Children aged 7 to 14 years may take ½ serving (14 g) daily. The product is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
How do I prepare the drink and what flavours are available?+
Mix 2 scoops (28 g) with 200–250 ml of water or milk and drink. White chocolate–raspberry and Chocolate–banana flavours are available.
Who should not use Smart Protein?+
People allergic to milk proteins or soy, people with galactosaemia, and those whose doctor has advised them to limit protein intake due to kidney or liver disease. It is also unsuitable for children under 6 years of age, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
