Great taste of all 3 flavors, but my favorite is kiwi. A refreshing drink ideal after a busy dinner or a heavy meal. I have also tried heartburn or stomach upset. He refreshes before training but also after it, he even helped with headaches and a busy day. I highly recommend for everyone. :)
