I went for a tourist crossing along the ridge of Vtáčnik (from Veľký Polo towards Handlová, following the red sign, a total of over 35 km). During hiking, I had prepared energy bars, fruits, etc. I knew that hiking and kilometers long awaited me. I went on a recommendation from Kompava in Žilina, where I bought Energofit and K4 BCAA. During the comb I drank about 2 doses of Energofit and also 2 doses of K4 BCAA. In addition, pure water and mineral water. Usually during such transitions, it breaks around me around the 30th kilometer, my legs start to swell, my muscles ache and fatigue comes. But nothing came either.
