EnergoFit is a complex isotonic drink to increase performance, improve endurance, supply immediate energy and supplement the drinking regime. Contributes to the regeneration of the body immediately after sports performance thanks to the amino acid L-glutamine and to replenish glycogen stores. It is one of efective energy products and popular drinks for athletes. Thanks to the extract from green tea, it has an antioxidant effect and protects the body from free radicals. I went for a tourist crossing along the ridge of Vtáčnik (from Veľký Polo towards Handlová, following the red sign, a total of over 35 km).
