Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the body can receive only through diet or nutritional supplements. Tryptophan B + positively contributes to improved mood, better management of stress, nervousness and tension during the day (reduces the level of stress hormone cortisol), improves sleep during the night and eliminates insomnia at night.
