The human body has the ability to synthesize creatine only if the amino acids arginine, methionine, and glycine are present in a sufficient amount.

It is ideal for explosive sports (bodybuilding, weightlifting, CrossFit ...) for overall strength and speed. Sufficient levels of creatine help to maintain the optimal concentration of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), in the form of creatine phosphate, which is used after depletion of glycogen reserves for muscle work. It increases physical performance during repeated high-intensity exercises with short rest interval. Daily creatine intake (3 g) may increase the effect of resistance training and muscle strength in people over 55 years of age.
